Using the service

Plans and payment

Plan prices, billing intervals, renewal behavior, taxes, and payment methods must be stated accurately at checkout. Payment should be handled by an approved provider; do not collect raw card data in this site form.

Content and authorization

Only content and services that Nordic TV 4K is authorized to provide may be advertised or delivered. Customers are responsible for using the service lawfully.

Support and availability

Support channels and availability should be defined before launch. Service descriptions must not promise uninterrupted availability unless you can meet that promise.
